About The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our supportive team in Eight Mile Plains, QLD. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their homebuilding journey, from planning to settlement.

This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends customer service, administration, and coordination.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a portfolio of customers from pre-site through to settlement
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely construction process
  • Preparing documentation and approvals required to commence building
  • Advocating for customers and resolving issues throughout the build
  • Providing administrative support to the construction team
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience in the building industry, with strong admin and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret building contracts and drawings (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement
