The Agent Service Officer at the MyAgent Centre supports BOC's Gas Agent channel, which consists of 700 independent businesses. Their responsibilities include handling inbound phone inquiries pertaining to operational matters from Gas Agents, providing training to Gas Agents on different systems and processes, and processing manual dockets and transactions using SAP.

What you will enjoy doing

• Role responsibilities include handling inbound phone inquiries pertaining to operational matters from Gas Agents, providing training to Gas Agents on different systems and processes, and processing manual dockets and transactions using SAP
• Maintaining BOC's relationship with Gas Agents and involves liaising between internal teams and external customers
• Responsible for high level of customer service, offer both phone-based and email inbound support, including general enquiries regarding
• Support of scanning and order entry process (Delivery Settlement). Customer to Agent Payment and account enquiries (Accounts receivable). Remuneration of payments to Gas Agents (Accounts Payable)
• Troubleshooting and navigation of online Gas Agent transaction interface into BOC systems (LINX and Cylinder Scanning devices and MyAgent Mobile)
• Use of AI technologies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Foster strong relationships with Gas Agents through regular communication and support

• Experience working in a customer service/account management role with SAP experience preferred
• Understanding of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, preferred
• Strong Influencing and negotiation skills
