This is a hands-on Product Management role where you will be at the centre of commercial, technical and operational decision-making across a complex and evolving specialty portfolio.

No two weeks look the same. You’ll partner closely with sales, operations, supply chain and technical teams to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, supply continuity and regulatory requirements in a fast-moving environment.

What you will enjoy doing

• Own portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle and key decisions on prioritisation, allocation and rationalisation
• Manage refrigerant portfolios within quota and regulatory constraints
• Support sales and customers on technical and commercial decisions
• Work with operations and supply chain to manage supply risks and continuity
• Ensure products are managed safely, compliantly and responsibly
• Translate regulatory and market changes into clear business actions
• Develop practical guidance to help teams execute consistently

What makes you great

• Experience in industrial gases, chemicals, refrigerants or a similar technical environment
• Strong commercial judgement across pricing, margin and portfolio decisions
• Comfort working in environments where supply, regulation or risk shape decisions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make clear, practical calls
• Strong stakeholder skills - able to influence across sales, operations and technical teams
• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to support decisions
• A degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce or a related field
