Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) is looking for a Project Manager in its Business Operations function. This is a full-time, permanent role, based 100% onsite in Port Melbourne. This role is responsible for delivering multiple Projects and cost saving initiatives across the business.

Position Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with BAA’s Leadership team and functional leader

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partner

Lead others and direct all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards

Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per pla

Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovatio

Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning. Meet with leadership to gain approval and ensure follow up action for issue resolutio

Lead and present status and experience in managing projects through decision gate

Provide in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans

Additional Information

This is a non-EBA Position IJC WASMI3 and remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks and a 3 month probationary period.
