We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Coordinator on a 12-month contract to provide a high-class people experience by delivering consistent, personalised support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be a first point of contact for our leaders and employees, known for providing high-quality, solutions-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.
Day To Day You Will
- Facilitate and create specific contract documentation for new starters and internal movements, ensuring quality delivery within agreed service levels.
- Manage the Workday inbox to review tasks, approve workflows, and generate data insights to assist in employee management.
- Provide guidance on Awards and Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance for contract preparation.
- Assist with visa processes to ensure strict adherence to immigration legislation and company policy.
- Drive the continuous optimisation of systems and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to support recruitment-related systems and processes.
- Support People & Culture initiatives and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a HR support or coordination role, including handling HR documentation and employee records management.
- Exposure to HR policies, compliance requirements, and industrial instruments such as EBAs and Awards.
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a resilient mindset suited for a high-pressure environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills with a passion for delivering superior customer service and employee experience.
- While not essential, a tertiary qualification in HR and experience with Workday (or other HRIS), ServiceNow (or similar platforms) and Google Workspace is highly regarded.
