About You
- Must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner within the State of Queensland with a minimum of 3 years experience (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
- Demonstrate a high level of professional service or capacity in a wide range of Civil Law matters (across a full portfolio of casework including general Civil Law matters;
- Employment support i.e. Blue Card advocacy, Succession, Tenancy matters, Domestic Violence, Wills and Estates, Anti-discrimination);
- Hold a current Driver Licence and be willing to drive for work (essential);
- Ideally have, a minimum of three years’ full-time experience, resilience for a range of complex work, and ability to develop culturally proficient service skills;
- Be technically adept in work in working both workplace and flexible locations.
