This is a role where your work directly impacts both financial integrity and customer relationships. You’ll take ownership of an allocated credit ledger and manage end-to-end credit processes in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a relationship focused Credit Officer to join our high performing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works with precision, and enjoys balancing customer engagement with strong credit control discipline.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Managing end-to-end credit processes for an allocated ledger, including reconciliations, banking, and allocations
  • Following up on overdue accounts and managing collections in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing new customer credit applications via our online portal
  • Making recommendations regarding credit limits and customer credit facilities
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and reinstating credit limits where appropriate

ABOUT YOU

You are a confident communicator who builds effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You combine resilience with a strong sense of accountability and a keen eye for detail.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a high volume accounts receivable or credit control environment
  • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a changing workload
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (an Excel assessment will form part of the interview process)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
