About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across your assigned territories, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and pipeline development through to proposal delivery, negotiation, and successful deal closure. Working closely with internal operational, clinical, product and customer success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless onboarding experience and strong long-term client outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic selling, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to create genuine value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve new business revenue targets across assigned territories
- Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations and contract execution
- Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies aligned with national growth priorities
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders including HR, HSE, Procurement and Executive leadership teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships post-sale to support retention and future growth opportunities
- Represent ForHealth Group through networking, industry events and market engagement activities
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to strengthen our value proposition and go-to-market strategy
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, privacy and confidentiality

About You
You are a proactive and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results. You bring strong business development capability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
Skills required
- 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales or account management within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing, negotiations and contract discussions
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across operational, clinical and product teams
- Experience within occupational health or related industries will be highly regarded
- Existing industry networks or referral channels are advantageous
- Experience working with industries such as transport, logistics, mining, construction or corporate sectors is desirable
