We are looking for a Philanthropy Executive – Gift in Wills, to support the implementation of the existing Gift in Wills (GIW) strategy, providing best-practice relationship management, as well as working closely with the Digital team to acquire new prospects. In conjunction with the Data team, ensure GIW and Philanthropy data is maintained with clear governance and real-time reporting whilst adhering to business rules. This role has come about due to the upcoming retirement of our amazing current Executive.
As our Philanthropy Executive – Gift in Wills your purpose will be to:
- Support engagement activities that help achieve acquisition KPIs for the GIW Pipeline.
- Deliver customer experiences to provide transformational journeys that ensure our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support of our mission.
- Effectively nurture relationships to support moves management of the GIW Pipeline and conversion KPIs.
- Ensure supporters are informed and feel connected to our mission, science and future in the Minderoo Children’s Comprehensive Cancer Centre (MCCCC).
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered to agreed timelines and budget, as outlined in the business plan.
- Support the implementation of the digital GIW strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Support administrative tasks in Salesforce, including the maintenance of supporter records and real-time reporting
- Support in gathering relevant GIW family stories to be used across digital and mail.
- Liaise in a productive and collegiate manner with internal colleagues including the Marketing & Fundraising Team, Legal, and Risk. Finance and Research Team.
To succeed you will…
- Have proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and problem solve to successfully deliver concurrent projects and priorities, using a project management tool, such as Monday.com.
- Have experience using Salesforce as a relationship management tool.
- Have experience collaborating to deliver a cross-functional fundraising or commercial strategy.
- Show your excellent listening and communications skills both written and verbal.
- Be highly organised, self-motivated, detail-oriented and professional .
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and develop meaningful relationships.
- Be a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving the most positive outcomes for the whole Marketing & Fundraising team.
