All staff are carefully selected by our Management team and are provided with dedicated on-the-job training to be a successful part of our team. Our commitment is to always recognise that our staff are the most important asset to our Club, and we endeavour to nurture, develop and support them. Magpies prides itself on having a team of energetic and enthusiastic professionals who are customer focused and dedicated to this challenging industry. We have a team of over 100 staff members which include Management, Frontline Management, Chefs and Cooks, Grounds, Administration, Cleaners and Operational Staff.

15-20 Hours per week

Candidates must be over the age of 25 years and hold an Open Driver’s License, in addition to meeting the following job requirements;

• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service to all Patrons
• Safe driving practices
• A good standard of presentation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on an ongoing basis
• Comfortable being outside during the seasonal weather
