Clinical Director Anaesthesia Pain & Perioperative Services

Grampians Health has an opportunity to join the Anaesthetic, Pain and Peri-operative Service and Clinical Director teams.

The Clinical Director team consists of eight Clinical Directors who report to the General Manager of Medical and Clinical Programmes. Each Clinical Director has autonomy and responsibility within their stream to develop the capability of their stream sustainably and work collaboratively with other Clinical Directors to enhance the capability of Grampians Health as a leading regional health service.

The Clinical Director role is responsible for clinical governance within the Anaesthetic, Pain and Peri-operative Service. It is ideally suited to people who are interested in developing clinical leadership, service development and ensuring the deliverance of high quality patient care and registrar training.

As an anaesthetist, you will continue to participate in the anaesthetic roster, usually at a 0.3 fraction.
