UFS Dental Care is our newest addition — a brand-new practice in the heart of Ballarat, built on the same values that have guided us for over 140 years.

We're looking for an additional dentist to join our friendly team: someone who sees dentistry as healthcare, not just a business. You'll get all the benefits of a corporate with the feel of a family practice.

What you'll bring

Minimum 2 years' general dentistry experience and current AHPRA registration

Confidence across routine and emergency cases, with thorough clinical documentation

Clear, compassionate communication — you build treatment plans with patients, not for them

A collaborative approach with dental assistants, reception, and colleagues

Openness to contributing to service development as the practice grows
