Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dynamic and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our team—someone who’s just as comfortable on the phone as they are face-to-face.

The primary focus of this role is to provide customer service in our telephone contact centre where you will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of enquiries, you will offer advice and appropriate solutions by applying your active listening skills and genuinely understanding what our customers want. You will also provide an efficient and effective cashier service, processing payments made over the counter, online and via mail.
The following selection criteria must be addressed in the online application process:
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service (contact centre or face-to-face) preferred
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
We are offering a salary of $77,854 per annum for this position as well as the following benefits:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
