Strengthen Systems, Reliability And Service Outcomes By

  • Managing and maintaining infrastructure environments (servers, networks, telephony and cloud) to ensure secure and reliable operations
  • Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying risks, vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshooting incidents and resolving issues quickly to minimise disruption to frontline services
  • Designing and supporting scalable infrastructure solutions that enable consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning to strengthen organisational resilience
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external providers to deliver sustainable, long-term solutions
  • Supporting continuous improvement through system optimisation, automation and better ways of working

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience managing IT infrastructure across servers, networking, virtualisation and cloud environments
  • Experience identifying risks, analysing system performance and driving improvements
  • Understanding of security, reliability and resilience in enterprise environments
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills across competing priorities
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver outcomes
  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365) or similar platforms highly regarded
