The role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day operational performance across the centres, ensuring high presentation standards and efficient issue resolution.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting to optimise asset performance.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and community partners to support retention, satisfaction and centre reputation.
- Coordinate maintenance programs and service providers to ensure safety, compliance and operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, WHS obligations, insurance, audits and risk management frameworks, including timely reporting.
