They’re now looking for a Paid Social Lead to help shape that future.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of ambitious brands, while helping build smarter systems, better processes and a more scalable way of working. You’ll work closely with founders, influence the agency’s direction and play a key role in evolving how creative-led acquisition is delivered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading paid social strategy across a portfolio of growth-focused clients
- Managing and optimising campaigns primarily across Meta, with exposure to TikTok and emerging channels
- Turning business problems into clear acquisition strategies backed by data and insights
- Diagnosing performance issues and identifying growth opportunities before clients do
- Building scalable systems and improving operational workflows across paid social
- Partnering with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, briefs and testing frameworks
- Designing and executing structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives and campaign structures
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently presenting insights, recommendations and performance narratives
- Helping shape the agency’s approach to AI, creative velocity and modern acquisition strategy
What They’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on paid social experience within an agency environment
- Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and performance acquisition strategy
- Someone commercially minded who understands the relationship between spend, profitability and business outcomes
- A systems thinker who enjoys improving processes and building smarter ways of working
- Confident client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to connect platform metrics back to commercial impact
- Experience briefing creative or working closely with creative teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Bonus points for experience within eCommerce, subscription or high-growth consumer brands

Salary
$120,000 base salary, with flexibility for the right person.
Note: This role is open to AU-based candidates with full work rights.
