Senior Service Designer

I’m looking for an experienced Senior Service Designer to join an award-winning design practice and partner with clients to deliver high-quality service outcomes in complex environments. This suits a senior practitioner who can run a workstream end to end with minimal oversight, from discovery through to future-state design and implementation support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead qual and quant research to uncover pain points, unmet needs and opportunities
  • Turn research into clear insights, priorities and evidence-based recommendations
  • Design current and future-state services using journey mapping, service blueprinting and ecosystem mapping
  • Facilitate workshops and align business, delivery and technical stakeholders
  • Define success measures and support evaluation of service improvements over time

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years in service design or CX, leading complex work independently
  • Strong research capability and service design artefacts
  • Confident facilitator and communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
  • Human-centred mindset balanced with business and delivery realities
