They're looking for a seasoned dealmaker to join their leadership team as Senior Acquisitions Manager. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives on closing complex commercial agreements, building lasting builder and developer partnerships, and leading a team that delivers.
The Opportunity
You'll own a national pipeline of residential investment stock - house and land packages, established opportunities, townhouse projects and residential developments. You'll negotiate the deals, structure the agreements, and lead your team to execute with consistency and commercial discipline.
Expect joint ventures, allocation agreements, put and call options, rebate structures and exclusivity arrangements to all be part of your week. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how you like it.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing and external partners, acting as a key commercial connector across the business.
Ideal Experience
- 7+ years in residential development, acquisitions or a builder/developer environment
- Genuine leadership experience - you coach, develop and hold your team accountable
- A track record of closing high value commercial deals
- Solid contracts knowledge across land, building and development agreements
- Confidence at the senior stakeholder level
