About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our Southern Cross Water team. This is a dynamic support role working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Drafters to help deliver water tank design and construction projects efficiently and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in project coordination, administration, management and communication, while gaining exposure to engineering, design, and construction processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support project delivery from start to completion
• Raise Purchase Orders and maintain project records in SAP
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation
• Review drawings and project documents to confirm scope
• Coordinate client communication and approvals
• Support quality, safety, and closeout documentation

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in administration (construction/engineering preferred)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• SAP experience and drawing interpretation (desirable)
