Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Review and oversee complex tax and business advisory work.
• Mentor and develop Intermediate and Junior staff, helping them grow their careers.
• Collaborate with offshore teams for financial prep and bookkeeping.
• Analyse complex financial data to deliver practical, tailored solutions for clients.
• Support SME clients with management accounting and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 10+ years of experience in public practice, with expertise in tax compliance.
• Strong experience in reviewing complex work and providing high level tax advisory.
• Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and mentoring.
• A relationship driven approach with a commitment to high quality client service.
