About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise applications delivery, Agile project execution, and Salesforce Education Cloud programs to support a number of strategic initiatives within the technology transformation portfolio.

This role will play a key part in expanding and enhancing Salesforce Education Cloud foundations, helping shape scalable, student-centric digital experiences across the institution. Working within a complex enterprise environment, you will lead end-to-end project delivery activities across multiple application and platform initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Salesforce Education Cloud initiatives and broader enterprise application programs
• Drive Agile project delivery across cross-functional business and technology teams
• Manage project planning activities including scope, schedules, budgets, RAID management, and delivery governance
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with academic, operational, and technical stakeholders
• Partner with architects, product owners, vendors, and implementation partners to define scalable delivery approaches
• Coordinate business and technical teams to support the expansion of Education Cloud capabilities and integrations
• Develop project plans, resource forecasts, delivery roadmaps, and executive reporting artefacts
• Support procurement, vendor engagement, and implementation planning activities where required
• Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with organisational priorities, governance standards, and user-centred design principles
• Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering enterprise application projects in complex environments
• Strong experience delivering Salesforce programs, ideally including Salesforce Education Cloud
• Demonstrated Agile delivery experience across enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise applications delivery
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Strong commercial, planning, budgeting, and delivery governance capability
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured outcomes within large organisations

Nice to have

• Experience within higher education or large-scale public sector environments
• Exposure to student lifecycle, CRM, or digital experience platforms
• Experience working with integration-heavy enterprise ecosystems
• Familiarity with Human Centred Design (HCD) approaches and discovery-led delivery
