With an annual turnover of circa. $150m - $200m and a strong pipeline of secured work, this business has built an excellent reputation through repeat clients, JV developer partnerships, and consistent project delivery.

Operating across large-scale multi-stage apartment developments and complex commercial projects, the business offers long-term stability, a collaborative leadership team, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping major projects across Brisbane.

This is a builder that has positioned itself strongly within the SEQ market through relationship-driven delivery and a highly capable senior leadership group. The business continues to secure repeat negotiated work through private clients and developer partnerships, with several significant apartment developments either underway or commencing shortly.

Your Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of major projects from pre-construction through to delivery and close out. You will work closely with senior management, site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful commercial and operational outcomes across complex projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading large-scale apartment and commercial projects across SEQ
• Managing project teams including Design Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers and Project Engineers
• Overseeing programming, procurement, financial performance and client management
• Driving project delivery outcomes across safety, quality, cost and programme
• Managing stakeholder relationships across developers, consultants and subcontractors
• Contributing to pre-construction strategy and buildability outcomes on negotiated work

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering large commercial or apartment projects as an experienced Project Manager
• Strong financial and commercial management capability
• Experience managing negotiated and relationship-driven projects
• Ability to lead and mentor high-performing project teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Stable employment history within reputable commercial builders
