Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a TMS Clinician at our Adelaide clinic (Wayville, SA). Please note: This position is for an in-person role. This is not a remote position.

The TMS Clinician will be responsible for administering TMS treatments, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during sessions. Daily tasks include patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The TMS Clinician will also participate in patient and doctor education, explaining the procedure, potential side effects, and benefits of TMS therapy.

Skills: While we provide specific training in TMS therapy, the suitable candidates will possess the following qualities:

  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations is essential to understand our treatment systems, maintain accurate patient records and manage billing efficiently.
  • Patient Focus and Care: As a Clinician, your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate care to our patients, prioritising their well-being during treatment.
  • Teamwork Attitude: We believe in the power of collaboration. A solid ability to work well with colleagues and other healthcare professionals is crucial for our team's success.
  • Time Management Skills: Our clinicians must be adept at managing their time effectively to ensure smooth treatment sessions and optimal patient care.

Responsibilities: As a TMS clinician, you'll play a vital role in providing therapy to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • AHPRA Registration: A current AHPRA Registration or similar/equivalent Australian board registration for your industry is required.
  • Administering TMS Therapy: You will be responsible for providing safe and effective TMS therapy sessions to our patients, following established protocols.
  • Clinical Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records is essential to track progress and ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Billing and Documentation: Processing billing for patient sessions and ensuring proper documentation compliance with company policies.
  • Site Management: Self-managing your allocated site, ensuring a seamless patient experience and efficient workflow.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Adhering to company processes, protocols, and policies to maintain a consistent and high standard of care.
