About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a critical role focused on ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of complex Digital, Online and Ecommerce platforms supporting a well-known Melbourne retail brand.

Working across large-scale omni-channel initiatives, you will lead comprehensive integration testing activities across interconnected systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, fulfilment, payments, CRM, and backend platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to fast-paced transformation programs within a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end integration test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
• Validate complex integrations across ecommerce, digital, and enterprise platforms
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to understand requirements and identify integration risks
• Perform detailed manual testing across multiple systems and customer journeys
• Analyse, document, and communicate test outcomes, defects, and risks to stakeholders
• Support defect triage and work with teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality practices
• Mentor and support junior test analysts within the wider QA team

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience working as a Senior Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in integration testing across multiple applications and platforms
• Experience delivering testing across Digital, Ecommerce, or Omni-channel projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end customer and order management workflows
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to identify root causes of integration issues
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern digital architectures

Nice to Have

• Retail or ecommerce industry experience
• Exposure to API testing and system integration validation
• Experience working across customer, fulfilment, payment, or loyalty platforms
