We’re The Outlier Group, a specialist Change Activation agency based in Brisbane that exists to help enterprise organisations stop strategising and start adopting. We’ve got bold ambitions, a two-year plan and a portfolio of work that spans organisational change, a proprietary diagnostic tool, and yes, skateparks. (We’ll explain the skateparks.)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll be the engine behind growth across three distinct verticals. Consider this your new favourite conversation starter at dinner parties.

Vertical 01: Our Core Services

Selling our flagship Adoption Accelerator and AI-Human Workforce Design services to enterprise leaders who are done watching their strategy die a slow, expensive death.

Vertical 02: Rhythm Engine

Our proprietary Change readiness and adoption diagnostic tool. You’ll be acquiring new enterprise clients and opening sub-licensing doors for Change Management practitioners who want to bring serious diagnostic capability to their own clients.

Vertical 03: Outlier Skate

Community engagement and advisory for skateparks and public precincts. Yep. It’s real, it’s growing and it’s genuinely one of the coolest conversations you’ll have in a week.
