The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s national training and sales enablement strategy across ANZ.

This is far more than a traditional training position.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales and retail execution, partnering with global product teams, influencing commercial strategy and empowering frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

From category planning and go-to-market strategy through to delivering engaging training programs and product launches, this role offers genuine ownership, visibility and strategic influence across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with global product teams to evaluate product suitability and positioning for the ANZ market
  • Influencing category, ranging and go-to-market decisions through market and competitor insights
  • Designing and delivering impactful national training frameworks and sales enablement programs
  • Translating technical product features into engaging, commercially focused sales messaging
  • Leading in-store training, roadshows and virtual learning sessions across retail networks
  • Building strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, field teams and external stakeholders
  • Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) training to ensure teams are launch-ready
  • Analysing sales performance, training effectiveness and market feedback to optimise results
  • Presenting insights, recommendations and performance outcomes directly to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Training, Sales Enablement, Product Training or Category Management
  • Background within premium consumer goods, appliances, electronics or similar industries
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect training initiatives to business outcomes
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence working with executive leadership, retail buyers and frontline sales teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence strategy
  • Self-motivated, proactive and passionate about delivering engaging learning experiences
