Campaign Activation Coordinator — Epilepsy Foundation,

Melbourne | Full‑time | SCHADS Level 4 | Short Term 5 month Contract

We’re growing our team! The Epilepsy Foundation is looking for a Campaign Activation Coordinator to help deliver Walk for Epilepsy, our national peer‑to‑peer fundraising and awareness campaign.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and wants to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Engaging and motivating participants across Australia
• Coordinating community stories and campaign content
• Supporting key events and activations
• Building relationships with volunteers, ambassadors, and supporters
• Helping deliver a campaign that raises funds and awareness

What we’re looking for

• Experience in fundraising, events, campaigns, or community and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Intermediate digital skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or fundraising platforms
