Ballarat Christian College

Ballarat Christian College is seeking a relational, faith-driven and strategic leader to become its next Principal.

Working closely with the College Board, the Principal will lead the spiritual, educational and operational life of the College, fostering a culture of Christian faith, academic growth, educational excellence and genuine care for students and staff.

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic Prep–Year 12 school community committed to Christ-centred education, strong relationships and the holistic development of every student.

Ballarat Christian College is a low-fee, co-educational Christian school within the Evangelical Protestant tradition, catering for students from Prep to Year 12.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic and spiritual leadership across the College
  • Lead and inspire a strong Executive Leadership Team
  • Foster a positive Christian culture grounded in discipleship, care and excellence
  • Champion outstanding teaching, learning and student wellbeing
  • Lead and manage whole-school improvement in educational excellence, including academic outcomes based on evidence-informed practice
  • Build strong partnerships with families, churches and the wider community
  • Lead future growth, innovation and organisational development
  • Oversee operational and ensure strong financial stewardship of the College
