Our client is one of Australia’s most innovative and fast-growing craft spirit producers, with strong momentum across both domestic and international markets.

This is a highly executional, brand-focused role where you will be responsible for delivering trade marketing initiatives, go-to-market execution, and brand activation across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal production, sales and commercial teams to ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and in-market execution.

We are seeking a highly hands-on, execution-focused Brand Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Reporting directly to the founder of the business, this role is suited to someone who enjoys ownership, agility, and working cross-functionally between sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of trade marketing plans across domestic and international markets
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of go-to-market plans for new product releases and product innovation
  • Coordinate consumer sampling, tasting programs, and trade activation initiatives
  • Work closely with sales and distribution partners to support annual market plans and execution in key channels
  • Develop and maintain brand toolkits and marketing assets for trade and export partners
  • Support brand activations, experiential marketing, and on/off-premise engagement programs
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches
  • Assist in the coordination of limited agency activity, with a strong emphasis on internal execution ownership
  • Ensure marketing materials, assets, and messaging are consistent and accessible across all markets
  • Contribute to key selling periods and campaign execution aligned to commercial priorities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in brand, trade marketing, or assistant brand management roles
  • Experience within FMCG, beverages, or spirits highly desirable
  • Strong track record of delivering campaigns, activations, or product launches end-to-end
  • Comfortable working in a highly hands-on, executional environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external partners
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of trade dynamics and brand execution in-market
  • Passion and interest in the craft spirits category
