ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Administrator / Office Manager to join our WA team based in Burswood.

You will play a key role in supporting remediation and demolition projects through compliance management, project coordination, financial administration, and office operations support.

As a Senior Project Administrator / Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Management of high-risk work licences and regulatory notifications.
  • Supporting the National HSEQ team to ensure site compliance documentation is complete and regularly audited.
  • Administration of incident reporting, including maintaining registers for incidents, near misses, and corrective actions in line with WHS requirements.
  • Tender and bid support for WA remediation and demolition projects.
  • Job resourcing coordination.
  • Subcontractor onboarding, inductions, and verification of licences and insurances.
  • Accounts payable/receivable support and expense tracking.
  • Job costing support for projects.
  • Procurement and inventory management for remediation equipment and Perth office operations.
  • Managing document control systems and digital filing.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of WA-based field staff.
  • Coordinating training, inductions, and compliance requirements.
  • General oversight of the Burswood office operations.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced Project Administrator or Office Manager with a background in high-risk industries such as remediation, demolition, mining, or civil construction.

You will have:

  • 5+ years experience within mining, remediation, demolition, or a similar industry environment.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in project administration and contract support.
  • Financial administration experience including AP/AR and job costing.
  • Experience using Jobpac or similar project management/accounting systems.
  • Experience using Simpel or similar safety management systems.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across operational and compliance functions.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to supporting project delivery and office operations.
