About The Role
As an Account Manager, you will focus on growing and developing key mining accounts across the APAC region. Working closely with the Director, Sales, Mining, you will drive sustainable growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening relationships, and embedding Seequent’s solutions within customer organisations .
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with the Sales Director to drive long-term growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, across assigned accounts.
- Identify , qualify, and progress new opportunities within existing mining customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close software and services deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data to support business planning.
- Partner with technical experts to deliver value-driven solutions aligned to client needs.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience in software, mining, or geosciences environments.
- Proven success in enterprise and solution-based selling.
- Strong strategic account management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly organised , self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
Location and additional information
This role is based in Perth, Australia, with a hybrid working model. Occasional travel and flexibility in working hours may be required to support customer engagement across the APAC region.
