Bartons Capalaba Used Cars is looking for a highly organised, customer-focused

Delivery Co-ordinator to help manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery experience for our customers.

This is an important customer-facing role where attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and presentation all come together to create a smooth and memorable handover experience.

You’ll work closely with Sales Consultants, Business Managers, Service, Detail, Accessories, Roadworthy providers, and Administration teams to ensure every sold vehicle is prepared, compliant, presentation-ready, and delivered to the high standard our customers expect.

About The Role

As our Delivery Co-ordinator – Used Cars at Bartons Capalaba, you’ll be responsible for coordinating used vehicle deliveries from point of sale through to final customer handover.

You’ll help ensure delivery appointments are scheduled, vehicles are prepared on time, documentation is complete, customers are kept informed, and every delivery reflects the Bartons standard.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, customer contact, problem-solving, and working as part of a busy dealership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all used vehicle deliveries from sale through to final handover
• Schedule customer delivery appointments in consultation with the sales team and business office
• Monitor upcoming deliveries to ensure vehicles are ready on time and to dealership standard
• Confirm registration, documentation, accessories, warranties, and pre-delivery requirements
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure required work is completed prior to delivery
• Maintain regular customer contact regarding delivery timing, updates, and appointment confirmations
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer delivery enquiries
• Track sold vehicles through reconditioning, safety checks, detailing, registration, and final presentation
• Escalate any issues that may impact delivery timing or customer satisfaction
• Ensure delivery paperwork and records are accurate, complete, and available prior to handover
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure presentation standards are met
• Confirm fuel, accessories, books, spare keys, and agreed aftermarket items are ready Support the Used Car Department with administration and coordination tasks during busy periods
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused team culture

Where required, you may also assist with customer vehicle handovers, including explaining basic vehicle features, confirming paperwork, and helping create a positive final impression for our customers.

Previous experience in dealership administration, vehicle deliveries, customer service, or sales support will be highly regarded.

Automotive industry experience, particularly with used vehicles, will also be highly regarded.
