Service Administration Assistant – Bartons Capalaba Service Workshop

Full-time | 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

Bartons is seeking a reliable and organised

Service Administrator to join our busy

Capalaba Service Workshop.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured administration role, likes being part of a supportive dealership service team, and takes pride in keeping daily workshop and customer processes running smoothly.

About The Role

Working closely with our Service team, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across service, warranty and customer follow-up functions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Morning banking
  • Repair order batch checking
  • Customer follow-up
  • Service claim close out
  • Warranty administration support and fill-in coverage
  • General service department administration and support
  • Assisting the wider service team with daily workflow requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy automotive service environment.

  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A professional and friendly communication style
  • The ability to manage daily tasks and follow processes
  • Confidence working with customers and internal teams
  • A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
  • Previous automotive service, warranty or dealership administration experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
