We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a large-scale Data & Analytics Transformation Program within a complex enterprise environment.

This role will lead delivery of strategic data platform initiatives and business transformation outcomes across multiple business and technology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT transformation programs

• Drive successful delivery of enterprise data and analytics initiatives

• Manage program governance, schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting

• Lead multidisciplinary business, technology, and vendor teams

• Drive stakeholder engagement, business change, and collaboration across the organisation

• Manage procurement activities, tenders, contracts, and vendor relationships

• Provide executive-level reporting and delivery oversight

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs

• Strong background in data, analytics, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation programs

• Demonstrated leadership across business, technology, and vendor teams

• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capability

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, or SAFe delivery environments

Desirable

• Government sector experience highly regarded

• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications preferred

• Australian Citizenship is mandate
