Offer expert clinical consultation to Clinical Managers, Corrections Victoria and stakeholder partners on rehabilitation pathways and the Continuum of Care.
Review and allocate cases, balancing caseloads and aligning work to clinicians’ strengths and experience.
Ensure the delivery of best-practice assessments, risk evaluations, case formulations and behavior management plans.
Strengthen program integrity by ensuring adherence to RNR principles, the Good Lives Model, therapeutic jurisprudence and GEO’s Program Plan.
Collaborate with custodial staff and alliance partners (Forensicare, GEO HealthCare Plus, YMCA and others) to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
Maintain a small senior-level caseload involving complex presentations, ensuring leadership remains grounded in contemporary clinical practice.
Manage post-release service scheduling and team involvement at the GEO Community Reintegration Centre.
Drive continuous improvement, including data quality, report review, professional development and training facilitation.
