What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering high-quality clinical trial care for patients participating in oncology research studies. You will ensure all trial activities are conducted in accordance with study protocols, ethical requirements, and regulatory standards while supporting exceptional patient experiences throughout their treatment journey.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of oncology clinical trials in line with study protocols
Support patient recruitment, informed consent, follow-up care, and trial education
Liaise with investigators, multidisciplinary teams, sponsors, and Ethics Committees
Prepare regulatory submissions, safety reports, amendments, and audit documentation
Deliver clinical nursing support and ensure compliance with policies and mandatory training

Essential Criteria
Qualification: Nursing and Midwifery degree
Registration: Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
Previous Oncology nursing experience.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven time management and organisational skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
