The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and highly connected Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead the next stage of business growth for iQuanta Global across Queensland and Australia.
This is not a traditional strategy-only role.
We are looking for a hands-on growth leader who can actively build partnerships, identify market opportunities, generate business pipelines, strengthen industry positioning, and contribute directly to the expansion of the company.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term national and international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business growth initiatives across Queensland
- Develop partnerships within infrastructure, transport, engineering, construction, and government sectors
- Identify and secure new business and project opportunities
- Build relationships with Tier 1 contractors, government stakeholders, consultants, and private sector clients
- Support tender strategy and commercial growth initiatives
- Increase market visibility and strengthen brand positioning
- Develop scalable commercial and operational partnerships
- Support strategic hiring and business expansion activities
- Contribute to long-term national and international growth planning
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Commerce, or related discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Infrastructure, Project Management, or related field highly preferred
- 15+ years experience in strategic growth, business development, infrastructure consulting, project delivery, or major project environments
- Professional certifications in project management, infrastructure, strategy, or leadership are advantageous
- Equivalent senior industry leadership experience will also be considered
- Strong network within Queensland infrastructure, engineering, or government sectors
- Experience working with transport, rail, construction, utilities, or advisory projects
- Demonstrated commercial growth achievements
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute growth strategies
- Experience scaling businesses or leading expansion initiatives will be highly regarded
