  • Salary: $157,295 per annum pro rata + super + housing or housing allowance
  • Based in Port Hedland
  • Business Partnering HR Generalist role with variety and complexity

As a People and Capability Business Partner you will work with a portfolio of business areas, across multiple locations, supporting the full spectrum of matters including workforce planning, talent management, capability development, employee and industrial relations. You will partner with people leaders and employees to help them optimise team and deliver business objectives.

About You

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys complexity, challenge and actively seeks opportunities to grow, and genuinely connects with Pilbara Ports’ values of Safety, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, and Care.

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a broad range of people and capability initiatives—from recruitment and job design through to managing workplace matters and disciplinary processes—directly contributing to the success of our people across a wide range of functional areas across the organisation.
