The Role

Anglicare are currently seeking to hire an Expense Support Officer on a casual contract. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, the Expense Support Officer is responsible for timely and accurate data entry to support client invoice processing.

How you will make help us make a difference

  • Accurately enter client, invoice and financial data into the AlayaCare system (visits/expenses etc).
  • Liaise with third‑party contractors to obtain missing or incomplete invoice details when required.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to regular process or system changes.
  • Proactively escalate queries, discrepancies, or issues to the appropriate team members or leaders.
  • Manage and prioritise workload in a high-volume environment to meet service requests and business needs.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy, focusing on quality work.
  • Perform additional ad hoc data entry and administrative duties as required.

What our team are looking for

  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to attain if successful).
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail and able to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience in Microsoft suite e.g., Word, Excel, Windows, and an ability to learn new software programs (desired).
