We are seeking applications for a highly capable and values-driven Registered Nurse to join our Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) at King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH).
This is for Permanent or Fixed Term Full Time or Part Time appointments. Fixed Term appointment(s) will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
We currently have 2.05 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) for immediate appointments.
What is our Registered Nurse role?
Under the direction of the relevant Senior Registered Nurse(s) practises as a Registered Nurse in keeping with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Registration Standards and Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart. This role provides comprehensive evidence-based nursing care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team, as well as upholds and functions within the core values of the organisation and nursing values of Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork & Integrity.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service.
