Role Description

This can be a full-time, partime or casual position-site role based in Perth, WA, for a Registered Nurse. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The Registered Nurse will also educate individuals and their families about health management, support participants in line with their NDIS goals, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensure and credentials as a Registered Nurse (valid RN certification in Australia)
• Strong clinical skills, including patient care, medication administration, and monitoring health conditions
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining records and developing care plans
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or within the NDIS framework is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to diverse situations
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Proficiency in using healthcare technology or patient management systems is beneficial
