As the Client Services Officer, you will:

  • Work in culturally informed and respectful ways with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islandercustomers, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Assisting Indigenous businesses in enhancing their skills and capacities.
  • Building relationships through effective communication with customers, colleagues, andstakeholders.
  • Good initiative to seek out and complete routine tasks accurately and of a high standard.
  • Capable of performing financial and risk assessments on new applications and variations to determine serviceability and evaluate credit risk.
  • Possess a strong grasp of the market and industry risks that our customers face.
