Hyatt is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Server to support the restaurant team in delivering efficient and high-quality service. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring guest satisfaction through timely assistance and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery to guest tables
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Support general restaurant setup, restocking, and closing procedures
• Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team members

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service support role is preferred

This position may also be considered a roving assistant server, supporting multiple areas of the restaurant operation as needed.
