Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.
The Opportunity - National Compliance Manager
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
We are looking for an experienced National Compliance Manager to join our Retail and Consumer division. The role of the National Compliance Manager is to ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained including but not limited to Toll Group requirements, Chain of Responsibility (HVNL/HVNR), ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000, Bonded facilities, HACCP, DAFF/Biosecurity, customer requirements and standards and all other legal/regulatory requirements.
As the National Compliance Manager, you will be:
Participating in R&C Leadership team supporting business capabilities and strategy.
Managing R&C Compliance Advisor and R&C MVI Coordinator
Retaining all business unit accreditations and certifications.
Conducting relevant internal audits and manage completion of corrective actions.
Representing R&C as a Toll Business Compliance Champion
Attending and supporting business in external audits and management of corrective actions
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Strong, hands-on experience managing complex compliance frameworks across logistics/warehousing/FMCG environments.
Deep knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (HVNL), ISO (9001, 14001), HACCP, FSSC22000, Biosecurity/DAFF and bonded facilities.
Proven ability to maintain accreditations, manage audits (internal/external), and drive corrective actions.
Background within transport, warehousing, logistics, or FMCG sectors (3PL highly relevant but not essential).
Strong ability to engage and influence internal leaders, site teams, customers, and external regulators.
Experience working cross-functionally and acting as a trusted SME and compliance advisor.
