About the Role

An Automotive Parts Interpreter sells parts and accessories for cars.

We currently have a vacancy for an Automotive Parts Interpreter (experienced or junior) to join our Parts Department located in Wollongong.

This position is Permanent Full-Time - Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Sales, stock control & administration duties relating to automotive replacement parts
• Responding to customer needs and enquiries (via counter, phone & email)
• Selling automotive products and services
• Picking and processing orders
• Assisting in the warehouse and workshop
• Delivery driving (when required)
• Preparing quotes and parts documentation

About You

• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, possess a good phone manner
• Previous automotive parts experience - highly regarded but not essential - we will train you!
• A passion for the automotive industry
• Strong work ethic, reliable & punctual
• Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
• Able to take instructions
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems (if you know ERA NET/ERA POWER even better - but not essential - we will train you!)
• Current NSW Driver's License
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
