About Chobani
Every fridge tells a story. This one is ours — and it’s getting bigger.
Chobani Australia was formed in 2011 following the acquisition of Gippsland Dairy, alongside the Chobani brand. Guided by our belief that food can be a force for good — and our purpose, Good Food For All — we make Chobani and Gippsland Dairy yogurt in Dandenong South, focusing on food that’s delicious, nutritious, natural and accessible.
We’re building the next chapter of growth — investing in major site upgrades and new capability to meet demand and deliver on our aspiration: in every fridge, everywhere, every day.
Chobani is a place for people who like pace and ownership. We keep standards high, back people to stretch, and hire for attitude — if you set goals, deliver, learn fast and keep raising the bar, you’ll feel right at home here.

You will play a critical role in supporting contract lifecycle management, maintaining legal systems and processes, and ensuring the smooth coordination of legal activities across multiple stakeholders.
Working closely with the legal team and broader business, you will bring a strong administrative and systems mindset, enabling timely delivery of legal support while contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and processes.
The Role
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including approvals, execution, filing and renewal tracking.
- Maintain the contract database and ensure accurate, accessible legal records.
- Support preparation, formatting and administration of commercial contracts and legal documents (including NDAs and standard agreements).
- Act as a key coordination point between the legal team and business stakeholders to ensure efficient contract workflows.
- Undertake legal research.
- Support the Legal function with reporting and matter tracking.
- Maintain and update legal templates and precedents to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support legal operations by managing systems, registers and documentation, ensuring efficient and well-governed delivery of legal services.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency and risk management.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a paralegal or legal support role within a commercial or in-house environment.
- Exposure to contract administration, legal documentation and compliance processes.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and document management systems (e.g. Word, SharePoint, DocuSign).
- Strong attention to detail and highly-developed organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify and improve processes.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
If you’re a capable legal support professional who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and working across a dynamic business, this is an excellent opportunity to build your experience within a growing and purpose-led organisation.
