- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the NDIS ecosystem to strengthen TrueBlue Care's market presence
- Represent TrueBlue Care at industry events, network groups, and community forums
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new participants
- Track pipeline and report on growth metrics against agreed targets
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated business development experience within health, aged care, disability, or community services
- A solid understanding of the NDIS framework - how it works, who the key players are, and how participants make decisions (NDIS experience highly regarded)
- An existing network or the proven ability to build one quickly across Melbourne's disability sector
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A self-starter mindset - comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
Why Join TrueBlue Care
