Our client, Queensland Government owned organisation, are currently seeking a part-time Master Scheduler (1-2 days per week) for a major transformation to replace their legacy systems with a modern, secure, and user-friendly platform (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule
  • Manage dependencies across all project streams
  • Track milestones, critical path, and deliverables
  • Link risks to the schedule as appropriate
  • Identify scheduling risks and constraints
  • Provide reporting, forecasting, and schedule insights
  • Support resource and capacity planning
  • Align Agile delivery cycles with overall project timeline
  • Manage manual connections between Azure DevOps, HL Timeline and MS Project

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in project scheduling for large multi-stream projects
  • Advanced skills in scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
  • Understanding of project-level dependencies and critical path analysis
  • Experience in ICT or transformation projects
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams

Candidate Profile – What Good Looks Like

  • Experience in large, complex ICT/system implementations
  • Government or regulated environment experience (desirable)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in Agile environments
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Salesforce experience desirable

Casual Loading
