About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our close-knit team in Wayville. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while working closely with our Sales, Dispatch, Workshop, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with customer orders throughout the system to help ensure jobs progress smoothly and on time from quotation through to dispatch
  • Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support across the business
  • Supporting the General Manager with a range of operational, coordination, and business support tasks
  • Liaising with the Sales Manager to help identify operational improvements and keep workflows running efficiently
  • Ordering and coordinating supplier purchases and deliveries to help ensure stock and customer orders arrive on time
  • Liaising with local and international suppliers regarding orders, delivery updates, and general coordination
  • Updating and maintaining pricing records and supplier price lists
  • Keeping customer orders, supplier orders, pricing, and stock information accurate and up to date in the company system
  • Providing backup support across dispatch, workshop, stock, and general administration functions as required
  • Assisting with improving processes, organisation, and day-to-day operational efficiency across the business

About You

  • Experience with ERP systems, supplier coordination, logistics, stock control, or administration highly regarded
