About the Role

WOW Recruitment is currently recruiting for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join a growing business within the bathroomware and trade sector. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and driving long-term growth across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across builders, plumbers, and trade customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and site visits
• Manage and grow existing trade accounts while identifying new opportunities
• Conduct showroom appointments and represent the business professionally in the market
• Drive sales growth through proactive outbound business development activity

About You

• Previous experience in business development, field sales, or trade sales roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working within construction, plumbing, bathroomware, or building products industries preferred
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer accounts
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced business
